Matt Kukuk - Director 
Over the past ten years Matt worked for Island County in both the Planning and Community Development and Environmental Health Departments, most recently as the manager of the County's Resource Enhancement Division which includes the Surface Water Quality Monitoring Program and the Salmon Recovery Program. He also worked as a senior planner overseeing shoreline management and critical areas review for development within the county. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Geography and Environmental Science from Central Washington University Matt spent some time in Arizona before returning to Whidbey Island, finally settling in Clinton.
