She has lived on Whidbey Island for 25 years, first in Oak Harbor, where she and her husband Richard raised three children, and now in Freeland. As a Certified Professional Horticulturist June has a passion for plants and good community planning that allows people to come together to enjoy each other and the beauty of the very special environment of Whidbey Island. She and her husband love to travel to the far reaches of the world to see how other communities live and workâto understand the elements that
